Year 2 ENTS Rep Elections

We think we would make the perfect ENTS Reps as we have lots of relevant experience…Steph was Head Girl and Chaired the School Council also arranging the Leaver’s Ball, Stef was an ENTS Manager on the Wills Hall Ball Committee last year.

Three great reasons to vote for us are..

1. We are friendly, easily approachable and very organised.
2. We never miss a Medics event and would love to be part of promoting
them and selling the tickets.

Hey guys! We’re Julian and Clare and we would love to be your ents rep for this year….

Plans for the year:
• After exam parties
• Pre-clinical ball (cheaper drinks! warmer location!etc.)
• More mums and dads reunions – one is definately not enough!!
• PROPER end of year party!
• Medics pub golf

Why us? Between us:
• super duper organised!!
• Love to par-tay!
• Love socialising
• Helped organise prom (as head girl)and leaver events
• Lots of creative ideas/themes for future events such as circus, fairytale, masquerade and tourists!!

This is our last year as a whole year group before clinical/intercalating. Vote us in and we’ll make it a fantastic way to end pre-clinical medicine!!!

As a duo we like to go out a lot and always enjoy the medic nights out!! We feel we could really bring a lot to the position by introducing a bit more variety for medics entertainment and generally make such good nights out a bit more of a regular occurence!! From Pub Golf, to barbeques in the summer we’ve got hundreds of ideas to throw at them.

One of our main ideas is to organise a preclinical weekend trip to another city or maybe a theme park such as thorpe park. The Lawyers go on one of these each year and we feel that such a trip would get a great response with the medics. Obviously the trip would involve a night out in another city, possibly in collaboration with another medical school.

Obviously not everybody likes to get sloshed and stay up until 3am so we thought a medics bbq in the summer would be a good shout with possibly a sports day included!?

We both went to the pre-clinical ball last year, and although we had a great time, would love to have some input as to where the money goes and possibly make it even better!

Finally, the second year as a whole is really social and we’d love to unleash ourselves onto other years, so we were thinking along the lines of some integrated nights out to allow new friendships to blossom!! Competition within medicine as you know is rife, so we thought we could cause even more mayhem by turning the year groups against each other on nights out with various challenges.
