Congratulations to the Bristol students who attended and took away prizes from this year’s Scalpel Undergraduate Surgical Conference in Manchester!

  • Main prize – Hussein Taki
  • Best presentation – Eoin Dinneen

The Scalpel Conference is a unique opportunity for all UK undergraduate medical students to present original research, audit or an interesting case study at a national conference both before their peers and senior surgeons. It featured the opportunity for students to deliver both oral and poster presentations, with prizes given for the best presentations as judged by a select panel of senior surgeons.
